The bottoms seem to get very slightly cropped for me on all themes,
which I assume is just the way that they're drawn. The left of the tab
appears to lose a pixel with Sonar, but I think that might just be
because there isn't a dark line just above the tabs. If it isn't those
then I can't see it myself :)

Again, nothing I can see on my machine. If I pick the Diff sub-view then
the tabs don't move. The only thing that makes it look slightly
different to the other views for me is that you end up with a
left-margin that is taken up by the "diffs" margin.
