[MonoDevelop] Version Control UI

For what it is worth, I have a "Review Changes" tab open pretty much all the
time when I use MonoDevelop.  I am in an out of it all the time since I
commit often it seems.  I also use this tab to review the changes I have
made before committing.

Having this information available as a component of the open file tab sounds
awesome to me.  Vertical space is indeed at a bit of a premium of course but
it does sound like a very welcome feature.

Is this in Git now?
