[MonoDevelop] where are ICSharp.* namespaces defined?

No, the contrib directory is only for copies of libraries that are
maintained elsewhere, and that other MD addins depend on. NRefactory
is a library from SharpDevelop used by MD's C# and VB.NET addins.

There is a Summer of Code student who will be implementing an F#
parser for MD. Presumably this can go directly in the F# addin.
