[MonoDevelop] EXE runs in MD but not when I double click the file.

I am making a "hello world"-like C# application with GTK# using MonoDevelop.
The simple application runs on MonoDevelop when I press Ctrl+F5 but the EXE
crashes when I double click the file in the Explorer.

I'm using Windows Vista, Mono 2.6.3 and MonoDevelop 2.2.2
