[MonoDevelop] No longer able to get debug information & Mono.Cecil error

I'm getting the same error - is there already a solution for this problem?

The assembly binding log viewer (Fusion Log) tells me that it could not be
loaded due to a mismatch in the public key token:

This is the requested assembly from Mono.Debugger.Soft.dll:
"Mono.Cecil, Version=0.6.9.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=0738eb9f132ed756"

This is the assembly which could be found in the MonoDevelops bin folder,
but which doesn't match:
"Mono.Cecil, Version=0.6.9.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null"
