[MonoDevelop] Copy/pasting files in MD

When I Ctrl-C on a file in the solution pad and then Ctrl-V on a folder MD
only lets me do than once, thus I get a File (Copy).cs.

But when I once again Ctrl-V nothing happens, shouldn't I get a File (Copy
2).cs, it's anoying to make a copy between every paste.

Nice feature?
