[MonoDevelop] stetic toolbox is empty

Hello,

I've  been happily using MD 2.1 and now 2.2 for a while now having
always built form source,  I have in the last week noticed that when
starting a gtk project i get nothing in the toolbox when in design mode
(stetic).

Has anyone else experienced this?
