[MonoDevelop] MonoDoc addin GSoC

Hello,

unfortunately, I've learn that I can participate in GSoC with The Mono
Project, specifically MonoDevelop to late.
But I hope that still have a chance.
So, I want to participate this years GSoC. I've looked through Mono
Students Projects page and Documentation Addin suited my taste.
Also I've saw that I should at first join the community to discuss
project before writing my proposal.
As I understood mainly it should be a contextual MonoDoc browser with
editing possibilities.
Developer will have possibility to contextually view online or local
version of MonoDoc directly from MonoDevelop, and compile his own
documentation XML comments to MonoDoc system.
And it seems that, I have to use mcs monodoc and mdoc tools code, as
MonoDevelop DocumentationService and HelpService classes.
Please correct me, if I wrong.
