[MonoDevelop] Step into does not work on framework code

When calling a framework function, and I try to step into it, it just jumps
to my main function and stop.

For example, I have a problem calling the serialport.Open function, because
it generates an exception somewhere in there, I would like to know what the
issue is, but I can't go there because the debugger jumps away.

I have enabled debug framework assemblies but it does not have any effect.

Using Monodevelop 2.2 on ubuntu 10.04
