[MonoDevelop] Continuous Integration Tools

TeamCity works excellent with C#/Mono/.NET projects and should work on Linux,
though I have only used the Windows version.  Hudson also works well with
Linux and you should be able to use it with Mono, replacing Microsoft
components with Mono components in this tutorial:

Really, most CI tools that work on Linux should work fine with Mono, but
those are the two that I've had success with and have seen others use Mono
with.
