[MonoDevelop] Using monodebugger with MD 2.2 beta 1 (monodevelop-mdb plugin installed)

", col = " + col.ToString();
			
So it shouldn't cause a problem, but it makes little difference - if I
try to get it to stop on a line that has just something like

int m = 1;
int n = 1; <-  break set here

I get the same problem.
