[MonoDevelop] Using monodebugger with MD 2.2 beta 1 (monodevelop-mdb plugin installed)

Hi,

Is there a trick to getting the debugger to work with MD? I've got the
mdb-dbg plugin installed as well as monodebugger and MD2.2 beta 1.

When I compile my app for debugging, everything is fine, but when I set
a breakpoint and click debug, I get a pile of throwback in the
application messages window saying "thread x started" "thread x
terminated" and nothing else. The app doesn't stop at the breakpoint,
just goes to thread 199 and stops dead.

Any ideas?
