[MonoDevelop] unable to find 'resgen' tool

I am the main developer of a fairly large Visual Studio (C# / .NET / Windows Forms) application for
scientific data processing and visualization. Mono looks like it would be the ideal tool for
porting the application to Linux and Mac. The package runs under the mono 2.4.2.3 runtime on
Windows (mixed results on Linux). However, if I try to build the project under mono-develop (2.2
beta 1) I get the "unable to find 'resgen' tool" error. I do have the .NET 3.5 SDK installed, and
ResGen.exe is located in: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.1\Bin

Is there something else I need to do to have mono-develop find resgen??

Thanks
-Kirk
