[MonoDevelop] Can't open Vala file in 2.1

Looks like a bug in the Vala binding. vsc-shell should not be
necessary for anything but completion; however, installing vsc-shell
(from http://code.google.com/p/vtg/ ) will almost certainly fix your
problem in the short term.
I'll get this fixed before 2.2 final.
