[MonoDevelop] xsp2 web server cannot be started (but it has started??)

I can confirm this is an issue for me, too. 

I'm running Windows XP. 
I have the Mono-2.4.2.3 runtime installed, via the official installer,
installed in the default location (C:\Program Files\Mono-{version}\) 
I've tried with Monodevelop 2.1.r136446, as well as from the Trunk (as of
September 1). 

Mono-2.4.2.3\bin is in my PATH environment variable, so I am able to run
xsp2 from a cmd. However, Monodevelop cannot find it. 

Should I add the mono-2.4.2.3\bin to another environment variable?
