[MonoDevelop] debugging on mac osx

So is the debugger enabled in the MonoDevelop download for the Mac?  It
appears that it should be from prior posts:

Yet this page shows in the feature matrix it is not enabled:
http://monodevelop.com/Download/What%27s_new_in_MonoDevelop_2.2#Feature_Matrix

Am I missing something?  I'm hoping the feature matrix is out of date!
