[MonoDevelop] Popup Menu

Emar,I have a couple of questions, what are you wanting to do when you say 
"from inside stetic"? is this is a design time event? or is that you want 
to build it using stetic to be used at runtime?
I have impleted a right click popup at runtime but I had to write the class 
by hand, I don't know how you would do that at design time.
