[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelope Error

Hi

I have installed monodevelope 2.2 beta 1 on windows xp.
I have mono 2.4.2.3 for windows. When i create a SAMPLE application
in Mono Develop it gives run time error xsp2 not strated.

I have checked through project -> options in MonoDevelop it is there with
correct port etc.

when i test xsp through mono it works...

I am lost in Mono, MonoDevelope and windows
