[MonoDevelop] Including version into packages...

Ah! I didn't know: unfortunately I'm not able to compile any of the
packaging projects cause of unpredictable responses (eg. some times it
compiles but dies before ending, some times throws an error while
opening the configuration dialog, some other time MD2 doesn't
recognize the project format .mdproj... etc.).
