[MonoDevelop] How to change interface language? (Windows)

Changing my local settings to English??

That would certainly solve the problems. But at the same time create other
problems. Why should I change all my local settings to just use one app. in
another language? Cannot I select (or config) such a thing using
MonoDevelop?
