[MonoDevelop] How to change interface language? (Windows)

Hi,

The computer I'm using now has non-English local settings. However I'd like
to use MonoDevelop in English. How to change the interface language then,
please?

Note: I tried deleting the local file from the "locale" sub directory of
MonoDevelop's installation library but no good, it created the file again!
Moreover I've tried to run the program with some gettext parameters like
LANGUAGE = en_US and LC_ALL = en_US. Failed again.
