[MonoDevelop] Would like to contribute T4 tutorial

Hello,

I recently wrote a tutorial showing how to execute T4 templates in MD
based on suggestions made by Michael Hutchinson here about a month
ago.

It can be viewed at

I'd like to submit it to the MD site docs. Please take a look and let
me know if any changes are needed, if you believe it would be a useful
addition to the docs, and, if so, how to go about submitting it.
