[MonoDevelop] “Mono Debugger” not shown in “Attach to Process” dialog

What about the screenshot in this blog post:
http://tirania.org/blog/archive/2009/Feb-19-1.html ? How was that generated?
It shows "Mono Debugger" in the Attach to Process dropdown.
