[MonoDevelop] MDB fails to start within MonoDevelop

You mean MD 2.1?  I was hoping to avoid that, since I'll have to rebuild
pretty much all the dependencies from source with the newer versions (tried
once before), and all the machines I'm supporting already have 2.0.  Oh
well, I'll try 2.1 once more.
