[MonoDevelop] Can not add a "New Task".

Hi,
I'm using MonoDevelop 2.0 on Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic) and in "Task List" pane,
"New Task" and "Delete Task" buttons are greyed out. They are disabled since
I started using MonoDevelop (past 10 months or so).
I searched a lot on web but still can't figure out how to enable them.
