[MonoDevelop] Re lease candidate delay / Soft Debugger

hi,
if you use monodevelop from svn you should run ./configure --select to
enable monodebugger. Mono debugger need to be installed, you can get it
from your system or here :
http://ftp.novell.com/pub/mono/sources-stable/
