There is a RC branch already, but we're focussed on getting the
debugger work done as quickly as possible rather than doing releases.
However, at this point trunk is still stable and has barely diverged
from the RC, so the trunk builds
(http://monodevelop.com/Download/Trunk_Builds) should be usable.
