[MonoDevelop] Asp.NET MVC - Imports in ASCX

Hi,

I experience some problems with using usercontrols in asp.net MVC.
The usercontrol cannot be found when adding import statements in the ascx file
eg. 
<% Import namespace="..." %>

Will this be solved in the 2.2 release?
I am curently using 2.2 beta 2 on Ubuntu.
