[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 2.2 RC delayed

Hi,

We planned to release the RC this week, but we decided to delay it to
include a last minute feature: integration of the new Mono Soft Debugger
[1].

Although MD 2.2 is now officially in feature freeze, we believe the Soft
Debugger is an important addition since it will provide a better
debugging experience. The Soft debugger will be supported with the
upcoming Mono 2.6 release.
