[MonoDevelop] Inheritance of FORM

I am trying to use the legacy of FORM MonoDevelop, but the design only
appears when I compile. If I am missing something or MonoDevelop does not
accept the inheritance?

I am trying to do the following:

public class Form: MyForm instead of GTK.Window

In Visual Studio accepts ...
