[MonoDevelop] problem installing mono for windows

You should be able to install it on Windows (else they wouldn't propose a
Windows setup :p).
You could try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
If it's your Mono setup that's corrupt (2.4 for Windows should be 75.2 MB),
then redownload it.
