[MonoDevelop] Windows Apps and MonoDevelop 2.0

You can easily build a WinForms GUI with MonoDevelop. You just have to use
raw code, instead of a visual designer.
MonoDevelop comes with an excellent GTK# visual designer that I personally
find superior to the WinForms one included in Visual Studio (on the other
hand, I don't really like GTK# itself). If you don't want to design a GUI
through code, you can try that.
