[MonoDevelop] Add-in repository over proxy

Steve,

The application assumes a direct connection. I would recommend using
something like proxychains. This tool takes all outbound tcp connections and
tunnels them through a proxy.

You will have to compile proxychains from source. If you need any help
configuring it, send me an email.
