[MonoDevelop] No monodev 2 package for ubuntu?

Ubuntu 9.04 has MonoDevelop 2.0 packages, including the debugger.

MonoDevelop 2.0 requires Mono 2.0 or later, and AFIK core "framework"
packages such as Mono are forbidden from official backports, because
of the risk of breaking apps, so you are unlikely to see good
MonoDevelop 2.0 packages for older versions of Ubuntu.
