[MonoDevelop] Colorize Type Names

Hi

MonoDevelop will have this feature. I don't know when. I've begun to
work on semantic highlighting last week, but then I found some hard to
fix resolver bugs.
(They're now fixed. I hope I've time this week to work on the highlighting).
