[MonoDevelop] monodevelop 2.1.0 from 2009-05-05 on OSX and add-in repository

Hello the list,

I'm new to monodevelop and mono in general.
I would like to compile the f# extension to monodevelop but I'm
stopped by the followings:

- I cannot find the Monodevelop.projects.dom.parser.dll anywhere, and
trying the add-in under tool, the repository URL seems to be wrong:

http://go-mono.com/md/2.1.0/main.mrep

(the default shipped with this new OSX release)

and

http://go-mono.com/md/

(as documented on the website)

do not works, it return an error when clicking on "update" for add-ins

What is the right URL?
Where may I find this DOM.Parser DLL?
