[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop on Windows

What I'd love to see personally is a single setup file like QT's development
kit which has the framework, development libraries, documentation and IDE
rolled into a single awesome behemoth download.

It would make developing and distributing for mono a lot easier especially
for windows users.
