[MonoDevelop] MD 2.0 Beta 2 (1.9.3) Debugger with source lines?

So now with the latest MD 2.0-4.1, monodevelop-debugger -mdb 2.0-2.3 and
mono-debugger 2.4-18.4 I am still not able to debug using source lines. I am
still using the simple test program of my March 16 post.

I am happy to supply other info as requested, could anyone confirm this or
comment?
