[MonoDevelop] VB Code Completion and monodoc

[Easy_Rider9999]

Hallo! I have just complied monodevelop 1.9.3 with Ubuntu 8.04 and Mono
Addins 0.4. Code completion ist not working for VB and when I start Help I
get an Error message saying that MONODOC is not installed. I could not
complile monodoc 2.0 instead I used 1.1.9.
