[MonoDevelop] Debugging web applications?

Does MonoDevelop 2.0 Alpha support debugging web applications?  I can 
debug a console app, but if I try to debug a web app it says:

Could not launch web server. "/usr/bin/xsp2": not in executable format: 
File format not recognized.
