[MonoDevelop] The case of the disappearing "Run" command

Hi all -

I'm using the latest MonoDevelop 2.0 Alpha version on openSUSE and have 
a web application.  It happens very frequently that I'll be coding along 
and running junk, and then all of a sudden the Run command (F5) is 
greyed out.  I've found no commonalities in what I'm doing before this 
happens, but the only way I've been able to recover from it is to 
re-create the entire project or restore to a previous VMWare snapshot.  
Restarting MonoDevelop or even rebooting the entire box doesn't help.  
Any idea how to go about tracking down the cause?  Thanks!!
