[MonoDevelop] Problem installing monodevlop on windows

Hi

Hi,
 
 I've compiled mono1.9 on windows, the problem the problem is that when I
run monodevelop from command prompt it starts, but I gote the message below.

Any hint? Many thanks in advance, Best regards
