[MonoDevelop] GetDotNet does not exist anymore

Hi all,

I've compiled 2.0 Beta 1 and if you go to Help/Web/C#/GotDotNet then
it will take you to "The GotDotNet site has been shut down" page.
I'm not sure though what shell be done, remove this menu item, or
replace it with CodePlex link?
