[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop on Mono on Windows, Standalone apps, and add-ins

Can MonoDevelop for Windows run on Mono?

A thought I just had.  There are some add-ins that are part of MonoDevelop that would make a nice standalone app, such as, the TextEditor and Database add-ins.  Any takers?

Since I got a simple add-in thanks to the nice article on creating an add-in for MonoDevelop, I am considering creating an add-in for NHibernate based on the ideas you see with the integration between Hibernate and Eclipse.  I was even thinking of a simple HQL editor and execution engine.  Or would something else be better?

How well does DbLinq work?  Would someone be interested in a add-in for DbLinq?  I suppose these DbLinq or NHibernate add-in would take advantage of the database add-in.
