It should be possible to add the widget back using the "+" button. If
this does not work, then it's a bug. However, in that case you can
remove ~/.config/MonoDevelop/Toolbox.xml to restore the toolbox to its
default state.
I had the same problem in Ubuntu 9.04. The + button did not work since the
deleted widgets did not show as possibilities to be added. I used Michael's
suggestion of deleting the Toolbox.xml file and that work just fine.
