[MonoDevelop] Debug Menu not found in monodev 2.0 of Fedora 11 distro

I installed monodevelop-2.0-2.fc11 mono-debugger-2.4-8.fc11
mono-tools-2.4-8.1.fc11 
I can see only "debug windows" in "View" menu, and no "debug" or "step"
menuitems.
I can set up breakpoints, but see no effect while running.
Also I could not see any component "debug"-relative in the add-in manager. 
What can I do so long? thanks.
