[MonoDevelop] Add file extension (".cc") to use syntax highlighting

Hi all,
I already have a C++ project that I want to use with Monodevelop. My problem
is that I use the ".cc" extension instead of the ".cpp" one. So I don't have
syntax highlighting with my source files. Is there a way to add the ".cc"
extension or enable the syntax highlighting without rename all my file
extensions.
Regards
