[MonoDevelop] generic parameter variance & (method) parameter default value support

Hi,

The patch is ok, although it is missing the TypeParameterVariance type.
Also, every time you add new info to the dom, you have to update
main/src/core/MonoDevelop.Projects/MonoDevelop.Projects.Dom.Serialization/DomPersistence.cs. This file implements the persistence for the whole dom. The new fields have to be saved and loaded. Also, the FORMAT_VERSION field in CodeCompletionDatabase has to be increased.
