[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop in Windows Vista

I am getting the attached error messages whenever I try to open a file in
the text editor on windows. Please see the attached screenshots. I was able
to debug the line and found the problem was TextEditor.cs line 295 when the
Gtk.Drag.DestSet function is called. Is anybody else experiencing this
problem? I would appreciate any help with this issue.
