[MonoDevelop] Boo Language support on Windows?

Hi,
I can't seem to figure out how to get the boo language support enabled on
Windows. The add ins repository does not have any add ins and when I try to
compile it locally and drop it into the add ins folder, monodevelop doesn't
recognize it. Am I missing something obvious?
